FREE Delivery - For all orders over  £50 (only applies to Standard Delivery)*
Standard Delivery - £3.00 (Royal Mail 1st Class - takes 1 to 3 working days)*

We are unable to 'fasttrack' any order unless you have paid for Next Day Delivery. Some items will be too large or heavy for First Class delivery, if this is the case the item will be sent Royal Mail Parcel Post which can take between 2 and 5 days.
Next Day Delivery - £6.00 (Order must be placed before 1pm on previous day)
Saturday Next Day Delivery - £8.00 (Order must be placed before 1pm on previous day)
Europe EU Delivery (Not trackable) - £7.00 (Takes 5-10 working days)* Some items have an extra cost on top of the standard £7 due to size or weight so please check product description before ordering.    
Europe EU Delivery (Trackable) - £9.50 (Takes 3-5 working days)* Some items have an extra cost on top of the standard £9.50 due to size or weight so please check product description before ordering. 
Dundee Delivery - FREE!!!. As I am based in Dundee I will deliver the parcels myself at a time that is convenient to you!

DELIVERY TIMES
All items will usually be despatched within 24 hours of your order except at the weekend.

Note that Royal Mail may be slower at particularly busy times eg. after bank holidays, towards the end of the year etc.and you should take this into account when ordering.
We advise you order Next Day Delivery if you require the item urgently or for a guaranteed day.

You can have items delivered to a different delivery address as long as the address you provide as the cardholders address is the address at which the card is registered (ie. where your bank statements are delivered).

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If you have left it to the last minute, don't panic - we offer next day delivery on most products and this will be indicated at checkout.

* Order by 1pm, and your parcel will be delivered on the next working day

* The charge is £6.00 per order.

* Add the item to your shopping basket and you will be able to select 'Next Day Delivery' as you go through the final Checkout process.

Please note that next day delivery sent out on a Friday is guaranteed to arrive on the following Monday (ie next working day), not Saturday. A signature will be always be required or the item will be returned to depot to await collection.

ITEM NOT ARRIVED?
Please check the estimate of delivery time given in the delivery description for the goods you've purchased. Once this delivery timescale has passed, wait a couple of days in case of delays in transit, then call your local Royal Mail depot giving your house number and postcode to check it has not been taken back there to await collection before being returned to us (cards are not always left by Royal  Mail if you're not in). Please do not contact us until the estimate of time has passed and you have checked with your local Royal Mail office. We must be informed by email to sales@babyboudoir.co.uk within 28 days if you have not received the item at all at which time a full investigation will be carried out and you will be refunded or the item replaced. We cannot send out replacement items until we have received confirmation the item cannot be found which takes 15 working days with Royal Mail, or in the case of faulty items until the item has been returned first.

RETURNS
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. On occasions we know you may want to return items so below is our returns policy.

The first thing to do is:

REASONS FOR RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase. You can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt.

Please ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to refund or replace an item damaged during return transit.

Please include a note stating reason.

We will refund the cost of the item but not the original postage and the return postage is the customers' responsibility

If the item is defective. Please return the item with any original packaging and include a note stating damage or defect within 28 days. We will refund the cost of the item original postage and return postage.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
